Items ordered and paid for will ship in approximately 1-3 business days, unless noted otherwise. After your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. If any items are backordered they will ship as soon as they are received at our corporate office.
RETURNS & ORDER ISSUES
BelleCôte Paris will not accept returns for the following:
- Allergic Reactions
- General Dissatisfaction
- Opened/Used products
- Sample Kits
- Products Purchased at Trade shows
- Products purchased from a spa carrying BelleCôte products
If your product was damaged in transit please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours with picture proof of the damaged item. Once approved a replacement will be sent.
BelleCôte Paris only accepts returns for damaged products bought directly from www.bellecoteparis.com. If you have a defective or damaged item purchased from an authorized BelleCôte Paris partner, please contact them directly.
BelleCôte Paris is not responsible for any lost or stolen package. All shipping claims will need to be filed by the customer with the shipping company used.
